Frequently asked questions
How does it work with my Airbnb calendar?
Superguest automatically syncs your Airbnb calendar via iCal feed. When a date is booked on Airbnb, it shows as unavailable on your Superguest site, and vice versa. No manual work needed.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Every Superguest site works immediately on a superguest.fr subdomain, and you can connect your own domain (e.g. bookings.my-rental.com) anytime from your dashboard.
How do my guests pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe, used by millions of businesses. Your guests pay by card directly on your site. You receive funds in your bank account, with no middleman.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your site stays live until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted immediately.
Does this replace Airbnb?
No, Superguest complements Airbnb. Keep your Airbnb listing for visibility, and use your Superguest site for direct bookings: returning guests, word of mouth, social media. You save the commission on every direct booking.
How long does it take to create my site?
5 minutes. Paste your Airbnb link, we import everything automatically. Customize if you want, then publish. That's it.
Who's behind Superguest?
Superguest was created by two friends, both hosts themselves, looking for an alternative to booking platform commissions. Originally developed for their own rentals, the tool is now available to independent hosts more broadly.
How much would building a booking site without Superguest cost?
Expect €2,000 to €5,000 for a custom-built site, or €30 to €80 per month to assemble the necessary tools (hosting + booking module + calendar sync like Smoobu + Stripe). Plus the time spent configuring and maintaining everything.
