Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern the provision of the Superguest service (the "Service") by Superguest SAS ("we") to any professional user subscribing to a plan (the "Customer").
1. Purpose
Superguest is a SaaS software that allows a short-term rental host to generate a direct booking website from an Airbnb listing, and to receive payments via Stripe.
2. Account and subscription
Use of the Service requires creating an account and subscribing to a monthly or annual plan, billed in advance. The subscription renews automatically and can be canceled at any time from the customer dashboard, at no cost.
3. Pricing
Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page, in euros, tax included where applicable. Superguest SAS reserves the right to change its prices; any change applies to the following billing period and is communicated to the Customer 30 days in advance.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. In the event of a failed charge, the Service may be suspended after a reminder. The Customer's guest payments are collected directly by the Customer via their own Stripe Connect account; Superguest SAS charges no commission on bookings.
5. Right of withdrawal
As the Service is intended for professional use, the statutory right of withdrawal under articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code does not apply. The Customer may however cancel their subscription at any time.
6. Termination
The Customer may cancel from their dashboard; access to the Service remains open until the end of the billed period. Superguest SAS may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious breach, fraudulent use, or non-payment, after a formal notice that has remained without effect for 15 days.
7. Liability
Superguest SAS provides the Service with the usual care of a SaaS publisher but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Its liability is limited to the amounts actually received as subscription fees over the last 12 months. Superguest SAS is not a party to the rental contracts entered into between the Customer and their guests.
8. Data
The processing of Customer and guest personal data is described in the privacy policy. The Customer retains ownership of their data and can export it at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought, after an attempt at amicable resolution, before the competent French courts.
